At DecorShop.pk, we are committed to providing you with high-quality home decor and scented candles. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

•Timeframe: You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.•Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also have all original tags and labels attached.•Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.•Non-Returnable Items:•Gift cards.•Perishable goods (e.g., certain candles if used).•Customized or personalized items.•Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:1.Contact Us: Send an email to info@decorshop.pk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please attach clear photos of the item(s) if they are damaged or defective.2.Return Authorization (RA): Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item(s).3.Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.4.Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.•Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 7-10 business days).•Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund (if eligible) and placing a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@decorshop.pk within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

6. Wholesale Returns

For wholesale orders, specific return policies may apply. Wholesale partners should refer to their individual wholesale agreement or contact their dedicated account manager for details on returns and refunds.
